Wan Lin Ng
Dr Wan Lin Ng is a medical graduate of the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI). She has completed her basic specialist training in Ireland and has embarked on the higher specialist training programme in Rheumatology in 2018. She is a recipient of the Strategic Academic Recruitment (StAR) Doctor of Medicine (MD) scholarship from RCSI and the Irish Society for Rheumatology (ISR) Rheumatology Patient Initiative Fund. Her research project is on remote spirometry monitoring in patients with interstitial lung disease which is supervised by Prof Killian Hurley and Prof Laura Durcan. Besides being a keen clinician, she also has a passion for bedside teaching and medical education. Dr Ng was previously an affiliated tutor with University of Limerick and RCSI, and had been awarded the Tutor of the Year Award 2020/2021 by RCSI.
